4-Question Internet Access Survey

Dear Tupper Lake CSD Families:

The COVID-19 Pandemic has highlighted how important the Internet is to student learning. Student home access to the Internet has become fundamental for schools across the nation as they plan strategies for continuous learning.

To better serve you and your family, the New York State Education Department (NYSED) is collecting information on your access to the Internet at home. This data will also help Tupper Lake Central Schools in planning for the future.

You can put all of your children on one form, but please be sure to include all of their names.

If you need any help with this form, please send us a message using our website form or call you child's school.
