Pre-K Statement of Collaboration
Tupper Lake Central School District ensures that its UPK program complies with Education Law §3602-e by dedicating at least 10% of its grant funding to collaborations with qualified CBOs.
Through a formal, competitive RFP process, we ensure all partners meet NYS quality standards, including (1) New York State Education Department alignment (2) proper staff certification, and (3) Office of Children and Family Services health and safety regulations.
