Google Takeout for Graduating Seniors
Q: How can I take my files and email messages with me when I graduate?
A: Use Google Takeout.
STEP 1: Make sure you have set up a personal gmail account to move your data to. CLICK HERE to set up an account if you don't have one yet.
**If your Chromebook won't let you create a personal account, ask to use one of the desktop computers in the Guidance Office or use a home computer.**
STEP 2: Go to: https://myaccount.google.com/ and look for the "Transfer your content" box and click the Start transfer button.
STEP 3: Follow the steps on the page.
