	As LP Quinn's assistant cook, Kathy takes great pride in helping to keep operations running smoothly in the cafeteria.  She is a dedicated worker who, in her many years in the district, rarely misses a day on the job.  While Cathy is serious about what she does, she keeps an upbeat attitude, and treats the students, as well as her colleagues, with kindness and respect.
